Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Williamsport is seeking an energetic collision technician to join our growing team. You will identify parts, review orders, and perform sheet metal and body repairs while following warranty guidelines. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.

The role requires welding/suspension/frame experience or willingness to learn, plus valid driver's license and clean record. We provide competitive pay, PTO, benefits, and company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications:

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred)
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager's estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
