Job summary

Expect a fast-paced shop environment with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a stable full-time schedule from 7am to 4pm, with competitive hourly pay in the $22–$26 range and a focus on professional craft and customer

Qualifications

• Mastery of general body repair techniques.
• Experience with disassembly and reassembly of body panels.
• Proficiency in welding and metal finishing.

Responsibilities

• Review repair order to verify work to be performed.
• Remove and replace or restore defective panels and other components as required.
• Apply surface coatings following applicable procedures and disposal processes.
• Complete all repairs in accordance with repair order and to customer satisfaction.
• Complete and submit required repair documentation.
• Follow all applicable safety and health procedures.
• Frequently considers ways to streamline and improve work processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Demonstrates a teamwork mindset and customer service focus.
