Landmark Automotive in Morrow, GA is seeking a motivated Body Shop Technician Apprentice to learn collision repair by working alongside experienced technicians.

As an apprentice, you will disassemble/reassemble, remove/install parts, and assist with repairs while developing skills toward becoming a licensed Body Technician. The position offers hands-on training and a clear path to a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Basic body shop or automotive knowledge is required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced body technicians with collision repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
• Remove and reinstall bumpers, body panels, trim, lamps, and interior components
• Organize and properly store removed parts and hardware
• Assist with basic body and panel repairs as skills develop
• Learn proper collision repair procedures and techniques
• Learn to identify damaged components and understand repair processes
• Assist technicians in keeping repairs moving efficiently through the shop
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Attend department meetings and training
• Follow all dealership and shop safety procedures

Body Shop Technician Apprentice – Auto Dealership

We are looking for a motivated Body Shop Technician Apprentice who has some body shop or automotive knowledge and wants to develop into a professional collision repair technician.

We take pride in our work and value team members who want to grow their skills and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

As an apprentice, you will work directly with experienced body technicians who will help teach you the collision repair process while you assist with daily repairs.

Career Development

This is an apprenticeship position designed to develop into a Body Technician role.

The right candidate will receive hands-on experience working alongside experienced collision technicians while developing skills in disassembly, reassembly, body repair, panel replacement, structural repair, and proper collision repair procedures.

As your knowledge, skills, productivity, and ability increase, you will have the opportunity to take on more advanced repairs and progress toward becoming a full Body Technician.
