Job summary

La Mesa RV is seeking a Body Shop Technician in Port Saint Lucie, FL to repair customer units to dealership and factory time standards. You will work in a fast-paced service environment with emphasis on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be able to operate all tools safely, and maintain documentation of work performed. Pre-employment screenings apply; join a family-owned company that values integrity and making "their day" for customers.

Responsibilities

• Repairs customer units within dealership and factory standards.
• Advises Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be made.

• Keeps customers' RVs clean and informs of any appearance changes.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Maintains and is accountable for tools and manuals.

LMRV is currently hiring for a Body Shop Technician for our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

SUMMARY:

Repairs customer units within dealership and manufacturer quality and time standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs repairs as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory time allowances and standards.
• Advises Body Shop Manager immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be made or if estimate is not accurate.
• Documents work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Ensures that customers RVs are kept clean; notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
