Moss Bros Auto Group in Southern California is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to remove panels, repair frames, and restore vehicle bodies to OEM specifications. You will work with frame equipment and modern repair methods to deliver high-quality results.

We value at least 2 years of body shop experience, knowledge of vehicle repair processes, and certifications in body repair; a valid driver's license is mandatory. We offer benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access body and fenders.
• Fill depressions with body filler and straighten bent frames.
• Remove damaged fenders and panels; bolt or weld replacement parts.
• Align headlights, wheels and hydraulics; repair or replace defective mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window-and-seat-operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.
• Fill depressions with body filler.
• Remove damaged fenders, panels
• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position
• Straighten bent automobile frames.
• File, grind, sand, and prime, repair surfaces.
• Aim headlights, align wheels and bleed the hydraulic brake system.
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician required
• Ability to use frame machine
• Certification in body repair preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
• I-CAR welding certified preferred
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
• Aluminum repair certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
