Job summary

Faulkner Collision of Philadelphia is seeking an energetic collision technician to join a growing, dynamic team. You will identify parts, review repair orders, and perform various repairs including sheet metal and structural welding, with opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

We offer an hourly flat rate pay, full-time employment, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, and comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, prescription, and vision.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector preferred.
• Certifications above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders and notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of body components, electrical and mechanical repairs).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
