Job summary

Coughlin Ford of Heath is hiring a Body Shop Technician to join our high-volume shop. You will diagnose and repair damaged parts and ensure repairs are completed to customer expectations.

We offer excellent pay, lots of hours, and a full benefits package. I-CAR certifications are helpful but not required; we provide ongoing professional development.

As a DRP partner for several insurance providers, we can provide consistent work year-round.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

Coughlin is the DRP for several insurance companies providing technicians with consistent work all year long. I-Car certifications helpful, but not necessary. All resumes are confidential.
