Job summary

Crest Ford Flat Rock is seeking highly motivated body repair technicians to join our professional repair facility. We are family owned and operated, offering excellent pay and benefits including health, dental, 401K, and more. The role includes body repair, welding and frame work with opportunities for growth.

Apprenticeship tracks available for those meeting criteria. We offer an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule with weekends not required and a path to full certification through on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in body repair, welding and frame work required.
• ASE & ICAR certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background and teamwork skills.
• Must have clean and valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repair, welding and frame work as part of our shop team.
• Assist with repair estimating, parts provisioning and professional workflow.
• Commit to a regular 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule with no weekend shifts.
• Participate in training to maintain certification and skills.

Body Shop/Collision Technician: Applicants must be experienced body repair, welding and frame work. They can expect to turn above averagehours per week. ASE & I-Car certified preferred.

If the applicant does not meet the criteria above, we have apprentice technician job openings and provide training to become fully certified.
