Ewald Automotive Group in Cudahy, WI is seeking an Auto Body Technician/Combination Technician/Painter at Ewald's Collision Center to join a family-owned shop focused on quality and safety. You will prepare vehicles, perform repairs per estimates, and ensure parts and tools meet manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair and painting.
• Extensive knowledge in corrective welding and measuring equipment per standards.
• Knowledge of parts, estimates and safety procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
• Repair vehicles per estimate following manufacturer and I-CAR standards.
• Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered.
• Notify management of additional repairs.
• Operate tools safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with shop efficiency and quality control.

We are in need of an Auto Body Technician/Combination Technician/Painter at our Ewald's Collision Center in Cudahy, WI. Under the direction of the Body Shop Manager, the Auto Body Technician/Combination Technician/Painter will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Prepares vehicles for body repair work
• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer and I-CAR standards
• Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received
• Notifies management of any additional repairs needed
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in corrective welding, use of special tools and measuring equipment
• General knowledge of all makes of vehicles
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
