Job summary

Carolina International Trucks is seeking a skilled Commercial Truck Collision Repair Technician to join our Columbia, SC team. You will assess, repair, and restore commercial trucks to pre-accident condition, with emphasis on bodywork, frame repair, and safety.

You will work with a team to perform collision repairs using welders, plasma cutters, and other equipment, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in collision repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a collision technician, preferably with commercial vehicles.
• Proficiency in using collision repair tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle structure and repair processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess damaged commercial trucks to determine repair needs.
