Job summary

NETC Fleet Services in Bow, NH is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician. The role involves hands-on collision repair, panel fitting, and refinishing, with emphasis on quality from teardown to final inspection. You’ll work alongside service writers to move jobs efficiently and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body shop or collision repair experience.
• Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment.
• Valid driver’s license and own basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components.
• Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts.
• Perform collision and structural repairs.
• Straighten damaged components and restore proper fit and alignment.
• Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint.
• Assist with or perform refinishing work based on experience.
• Handle teardown and reassembly while keeping parts organized.
• Inspect completed work for fit, finish, alignment, and quality.
• Work with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is hands‑on body and collision work where quality matters from teardown to final inspection.

• Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components
• Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE SHOP

THE FOUNDATION:

• 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands‑on experience
• Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on repair skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your repairs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Your own basic hand tools — or willingness to obtain them
• Physical ability to handle shop work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
