Anderson Auto Group in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a full-time Body Shop Painter to join our customer-focused team. You will perform paint jobs, polish and detail vehicles, and ensure repairs meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of body shop experience required.
• Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
• Must be able to stand for extended lengths of time.
• Must be able to bend, squat and lift repeatedly throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint jobs on vehicles.
• Polish and detail vehicles to a high finish.
• Verify repairs meet industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform related work including assembly and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Demonstrate a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritize safety at all times.
• Willingness to learn, teamwork attitude.
• The work environment characteristics an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job include noise, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
