Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Auto Body Painter / Paint Technician to join our collision centers. You will perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work, using computerized paint systems and matching techs to deliver top finishes across a variety of makes and models.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, and vacation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional auto body paint experience.
• Experience with computerized paint systems.
• Ability to paint a variety of makes and models.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• ICAR and/or ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work.
• Use computerized paint-matching and refinishing systems.
• Prepare vehicles for paint application and final finish work.
• Maintain paint equipment and clean work areas.
• Ensure repairs meet collision center quality standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
