Job summary

McCandless Truck Center - Aurora seeks a skilled Body Shop Manager to lead our truck dealership's body shop operations in Aurora, CO. This hands-on leader oversees daily activities, ensures quality workmanship, and maintains excellent customer service standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with insurance adjusters, uphold safety and environmental rules, and drive continuous improvement in repair workflows to deliver outstanding results for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a body shop, preferably in a truck dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle structural repair, paint application and refinishing.
• Ability to work with insurance adjusters and handle customer relations professionally.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; auto body repair certification is a plus.
