Job summary

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a part-time Automotive Body Shop Maintenance Technician/Janitorial for its busy Collision Centers in Maryland. You will keep the shop clean, assist with light maintenance, and prepare vehicles for delivery while supporting a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates have prior body shop or detail experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED. Monday–Friday schedule, with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous employment within a body shop or detail shop preferred but not required.
• Commercial Janitorial or maintenance skills are also a plus.
• Valid drivers license with few or no points on driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Duties and schedule subject to change based on Shop need.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop clean, neat, and orderly according to Hertrich standards.
• Report any safety concerns and conditions to management.
• Shuttle vehicles to other departments and dealerships.
• Clean and prepare customers' cars for delivery.
• Light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Other duties as required.

Our Collision Centers are BUSY we have work NOW. We have the support of Delmarva's Largest Dealer Group and we are searching for special, highly skilled individuals to be part of the team to help keep us organized and our workflow consistent with a clean parts, production and general shop area.
