i.g. Burton Auto Group in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a semi-experienced Body Shop Estimator eager to grow in the industry.

You will write estimates for repairs, track vehicles through production, and interact with insurance adjusters to write supplemental estimates after teardown and identify deficiencies. The role requires reliable, positive-minded individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Prior detailing experience preferred, but will train the right person.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and background check.
