Hertrich Collision Center is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Easton, MD. You will greet customers and vendors with professionalism, inspect damaged vehicles, and prepare accurate repair estimates, working closely with insurance companies and adjusters to keep customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.
• Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus)
