Job summary

Bish’s RV in Meridian, Idaho is looking for entry-level candidates to join our busy body shop. Training provided; no prior experience required for entry-level applicants, with opportunities to grow within our family-owned dealership.

You will assess exterior and paint damage, write repair estimates, coordinate work orders, and act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance partners, contributing to a high-performance team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Body shop experience and shop operations knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess exterior and paint damage.
• Customer service.
• Write repair estimates.
• Coordinate work orders between customers and technicians.
• Act as a liaison between our insurance partners, customers, and the repair facility.
