Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in auto body repair is preferred
• Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures, body repair techniques, and industry safety standards
• Ability to use specialized tools such as dent pullers, grinders, sanders, etc.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
