Job summary

StretchPlex is seeking Body Coaches to work one-on-one with adults to improve movement and strength through assisted stretching, personal training, and recovery services.

Ideal candidates are certified professionals with strong listening skills, empathy, and accountability, eager to grow with a wellness-focused company. This on-site role offers growth, ongoing education, and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

• Certification and/or degree in exercise science or a related field.
• Strong communication, listening and empathy with clients.
• Ability to work one-on-one and adapt to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Provide personal training or related services per credentials.
• Learn and document client goals, limitations and preferences.
• Build relationships to keep clients comfortable and engaged.
• Encourage progress and celebrate milestones with clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes and scheduling.
• Identify when to recommend expanded services and next steps.
• Collaborate with studio leadership and therapy partners.
