Job summary

IMCS Group is seeking a Body/Battery PE Machine Seibi engineer for on-site work at TMMK with frequent travel to NAMCs across North America and select international sites. You will install equipment, program robots and PLCs, and verify safety devices during new installs and model changes.

The role includes hands-on controls engineering, learning BPE standards, and training NAMC MTCE on new equipment to support Start of Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with robot and PLC programming is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical control systems knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment installation and startup support for Body/Battery systems.
• Robot and PLC programming for machine seibi applications.
• Ensure safety devices and controls are correctly implemented during installations.
• Travel to NAMCs across North America and occasional trips to other regions as needed; support starts immediately.

1. STAR/Phone/Video interview via MS teams for 45 minutes, STAR (2 STAR questions)

• Equipment installation, confirmation of *** Body weld standards on new installs and model changes, confirmation of all safety devices and equipment production activity in the body weld shop.
• This position does come with travel to all NAMC's in North America, primarily supporting the Ky, Alabama, Mississippi, and Canadian plants but also supporting heavy project workload at all other NAMC's, TMMI, TMMGT, TABC, TMMTX.
• Expectation is to learn, understand BPE standards setup equipment and train NAMC MTCE on new equipment and assist with production through Start of production (SOP).
