Job summary

IMCS Group seeks a Body/Battery PE Machine Seibi specialist at TMMK in Kentucky. The role is on-site for 12 months with possible extension, requiring travel 50% across North America and to Mexico/Canada and possibly Japan, to install equipment and program robots and PLCs.

You will work on equipment installation, confirm weld standards, ensure safety devices, and support production from start of production through installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with BPE Machine Seibi is preferred.
• Strong robot and PLC programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Program robots and PLCs both online and offline.
• Install equipment and verify body weld safety devices.
• Support NAMC plants across North America and Canada; assist with SOP.

• Online and Offline Robot and PLC programming.
• Equipment installation, confirmation of *** Body weld standards on new installs and model changes, confirmation of all safety devices and equipment production activity in the body weld shop.
• This position does come with travel to all NAMC's in North America, primarily supporting the Ky, Alabama, Mississippi, and Canadian plants but also supporting heavy project workload at all other NAMC's, TMMI, TMMGT, TABC, TMMTX.
• Expectation is to learn, understand BPE standards setup equipment and train NAMC MTCE on new equipment and assist with production through Start of production (SOP).
• Troubleshooting, Electrical control systems.
