• Bachelor's degree or comparable insurance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of frontline claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
• Interest in medical terminology, anatomy, and injury assessment.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with claims management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate bodily injury claims by reviewing records and statements.
• Evaluate injuries and determine liability based on policy and law.
• Communicate with claimants, providers, and other parties.
• Analyze medical reports to assess injuries and compensation.
• Maintain detailed claim files per standards.
