Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years heavy-line experience on compact construction/ag equipment.
• Bobcat Master Service Technician or equivalent factory training on 25+ hp machines.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve 120%+ technician efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Bobcat Tier 4 & Stage V diesel engines.
• Perform major component R&R (pumps, motors, cylinders, final drives).
• Document all work in ASPEN DMS with photos for maximum warranty recovery.
