Boat Trailer Welder### Boat Trailer WelderApply: Flippin, AR (White River Marine Plant): Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 28, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): R271427***POSITION SUMMARY:***The Advanced Welder welds, cuts, and brazes metal pieces and products by using pneumatic grinding and hand welding equipment.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials based on instructions and specifications provided for the job.* Repairs and fabricates various items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques and equipment.* Monitors the welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, splatter, or shrinkage.* Prepares, assembles, and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded.* Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.* Notifies supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED***EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:**** Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent* Certificate(s) or License(s): Welding certification from Technical College or Trade School* Years of experience: 1 year welding experience at similar facility preferred.
