Position Purpose

The Boat Rental Associate is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina. The primary responsibility is to serve the customer, greeting guests, providing property tours, explaining Boat Club packages, and leaving a lasting impression. The associate projects a professional company image through all interactions. The role requires working effectively in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Upon greeting guests, provide property tours to prospective club members, giving details of all offered packages.
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services.
• Assist in the planning and hosting of events at the marina and offsite to promote the boat club.
• Maintain a professional relationship with all agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers.

Education and Experience

• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and positive during periods of high activity.
• Basic water skills.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Independent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Must be able to swim or wear a personal flotation device in emergencies.
• Must perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, repeated hand and arm movements, and occasional squeezing & overhead reaching.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
