Sea Fox Boats is seeking a skilled New Product Technician to support the development, assembly, testing, and implementation of new boat models and product enhancements. This position plays a key role in bringing new boat designs from concept to production by working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in boat manufacturing, marine assembly, fabrication, or related environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of boat construction, fiberglass components, mechanical systems and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements and assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and adapt to changing projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development, fabrication, assembly and modification of new boat models.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on launches and design improvements.
• Install, assemble, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural components on prototypes.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and instructions.
• Identify issues during prototype development and recommend improvements.
• Document prototype builds, design changes, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to meet standards and specifications.
• Support transition of new models from development to production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
