Job summary

Excel Boat Company is seeking a dependable boat loader to safely load boats onto trucks and trailers at our Arkansas plant. You will inspect quality, maintain work areas, and assist with deliveries with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires basic math, tool use, and strong teamwork. A current driver's license is required, and certifications in forklift/crane operations are preferred to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be trustworthy and honest.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Capable with hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a factory setting.
• Read and follow step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load boats safely onto freight containers using forklifts or cranes.
• Unload and assemble trailers from suppliers.
• Clean and maintain the work area and load shed.
• Inspect finished boats for quality prior to shipment.
• Assist in unloading supplier trucks and outbound loads at the Arkansas plant.
• Schedule and manage dumpster pickups and maintain cleanliness.
