Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Tech to remove air from wet glass, apply resin layers, and install components for various glass applications. The role involves pattern cutting, rolling fiberglass, and precise assembly in a fast-paced shop setting.

You will work with a team, use drills and a hand sander, and follow instructions while performing pattern cutting, fiberglass rolling, and general housekeeping. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs g eneral housekeeping .
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• A bility to work with a team
