Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Boat Division Personal Property Custodian III with Secret clearance to manage assets and supply chain tasks for the Boat Division. You will handle asset issuance, loss and gain, and perform regular inventories using SWALIS/DPAS protocols.

The role requires at least three years of inventory experience within NSW, a forklift license up to 10,000 lb, and ability to obtain government vehicle checkout approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' inventory management experience within NSW.
• Forklift license up to 10,000lb capacity.
• Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties.

Responsibilities

• Process requests, maintain records and manage the issue, turn-in, gain and loss of capital assets, minor property and operational consumables (OPCON) assigned to Boat Division.
• Conduct monthly, bi-annual and annual inventories of gear managed in SWALIS/DPAS by NSWG-2 N4.
• Investigate and process paperwork for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports to Command Leadership.
• Obtain quotes and submit purchase requests for the purchase of operational parts and supplies.
