Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Allen, TX is seeking a Detailer to support the detailing and transport of boats, motors, trailers and ATVs for our TMBC Sales, Service and Parts operation.

Duties include washing, waxing and cleaning interiors/exteriors, using a forklift or tractor to unload and move units, confirming packing lists, and staging boats for service, display or delivery. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
• Successful completion of DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Washes, cleans, waxes, vacuums interiors and exteriors of boats for pickups, display and service.
• Unloads incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs using a forklift or tractor and transports them to storage, display, showroom or delivery areas.
• Transports and stages boats and ATVs to service, rigging and storage yards; verifies packing lists or invoices.
• Assists with PDI and VIN verification; informs supervisor of unit concerns or required repairs.
• Performs grounds and facility maintenance and keeps area neat and clean.
