Job summary

SAFE Boats International is seeking production personnel to operate machinery and perform assembly tasks for collars and collar systems in Bremerton, WA. Work involves using hand and power tools, reading basic drawings, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Follow verbal and written directions from leads and supervisors.
• Upholstery experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery to safety and quality standards.
• Assembles components using hand and power tools.
• Cuts non-skid, carpet and fabric on the CNC cutting table.
• Laminates and forms foam parts.
• Uses hot air welder for fabric products; RF welder with supervision.
• Assists in collar installations and foam collar fabrication.
• Prepares and packages finished products for shipping.
