Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of managing/supervising marine fabrication.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in heavy manufacturing or heavy steel/aluminum fabrication environment.
  • Written and verbal communication experience and speaking before groups.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results across departments and trades for project hit project schedules, budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and logistics to meet program objectives.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project details to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues impacting program execution.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program.
