Job summary

City Barbeque is hiring for back-of-house roles including prep cook, boards, pits, and dish washer. The team focuses on providing outstanding hospitality in a fast, independent environment and cross-training across stations while maintaining high food preparation and sanitation standards.

We value punctuality, adherence to recipes, teamwork, and proactive help across shifts. Flexible scheduling and a strong team culture support delivering America’s best BBQ with safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.

• Can cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate to prepare take-out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists thoroughly.
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
