We’re growing—and we’re ready to add a surgeon to our thriving, progressive practice. Best Friends Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our expanding, seven-doctor (and growing) team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon who wants to practice high-level medicine with advanced technology, exceptional clinical support, and real input into the future growth of the hospital.

Facility & Capabilities

Our AAHA-accredited hospital is fully equipped to support a wide range of advanced surgical procedures with dedicated, purpose-built spaces and cutting-edge technology, including:

• Two dedicated surgery suites
• 32-slice helical CT
• Ultrasound
• Voyant Vessel Sealer & Electrocautery
• Companion CRT system for PRP processing
• Endoscopy
• Fully equipped rehab room with an underwater treadmill

We regularly perform orthopedic procedures (TPLO, fracture repair, FHO), neurosurgery (hemilaminectomy), and advanced soft tissue surgeries, including cholecystectomy, median sternotomy, thoracotomy, and liver lobe resection. Looking ahead, we aspire to add MRI capabilities and expand our STORZ endoscopy equipment to support laparoscopic surgery, thoracoscopy, arthroscopy, and beyond—guided by surgeon preferences and interests.
