Responsabilités

• Oversee all financial activities of the corporation as treasurer.
• Act as chair of the Finance Committee reviewing financial matters.
• Ensure financial matters are managed in an appropriate manner.
• Oversee custody of all funds and securities.
• Prepare full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements.
• Deposit money in designated depositories.
• Disburse funds as ordered by the board and maintain vouchers.
• Provide financial reports to the chair and board at meetings.
