Graphora is seeking experienced private-capital, corporate-development and partnership leaders to build institutional relationships and support company growth. This advisory role focuses on strategic distribution, fund and corporate partnerships, and high-level introductions—not a commitment of capital.
Ideal candidates have deep networks in venture capital, private equity or family offices, with a track record of facilitating partnerships, market evaluation and founder support.
Graphora is an AI-native private-capital platform connecting founders and emerging companies with investors, strategic customers, experienced operators and advisors. We help companies access not only capital, but also the expertise, relationships, customer insight and operating support needed to grow.
Our ecosystem brings together private-market opportunities, syndicated and fund programs, company intelligence, strategic relationships, and advisory and operating opportunities. Advisors contribute their professional judgment and networks to help Graphora and the companies in its ecosystem make better-informed decisions and build meaningful partnerships.
We are seeking experienced private-capital, corporate-development and partnership leaders who can help Graphora build institutional relationships and support company growth. This specialty welcomes fund General Partners, CEOs, experienced Limited Partners, family-office principals, corporate venture leaders and other senior professionals with relevant decision-maker relationships. The focus is on professional expertise, strategic distribution, fund and corporate partnerships, and thoughtfully scoped introductions—not a requirement to commit personal capital.
We value the relevance and quality of a relationship, not simply the size of a contact list. A sector-specific fund partnership, a corporate distribution relationship or access to experienced operating leaders can each create value. Any subsequent engagement will define responsibilities and compensation separately.
Fund General Partners, experienced Limited Partners, family-office principals and sector-aligned investment organizations.
CEOs, corporate-development teams, corporate venture leaders, innovation groups and commercial decision-makers.
Strategic customers, distribution partners, operating leaders and other professionals whose expertise can support emerging companies.
This application focuses on the Charlotte, NC professional ecosystem. Contribute local market knowledge, help identify relevant founders, customers, operating leaders and partners, and support relationships that can benefit companies nationally.
Meaningful professional experience or relationships in this market are valuable. You can indicate openness to other cities without submitting a separate application to every market.
Advisory engagements start at 2–4 hours per month and may increase to 40 hours per month for advisory and board engagements, depending on the agreed scope. Work is primarily remote, with any local meetings or hybrid participation agreed separately. The city identifies the professional market you can support; it does not imply a Graphora office or a fixed in-person schedule.
Compensation varies by role and engagement. Venture scouting, capital formation support, portfolio-company advisory, board and operational engagements have different arrangements. Depending on the separately agreed engagement, compensation may include cash, carried-interest or equity participation; no universal hourly rate, award or participation amount is promised by this listing. Scope, compensation, any vesting and other terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
Separate Operating Partner engagements with certain portfolio companies may require 10–40 hours per week. Venture scouting, capital formation support, company advisory, board and operating opportunities are separately scoped. Applying here is for the named advisory specialty and does not appoint you to a company board or an operating position.
Work alongside founders, investors, customers and experienced operating leaders to help promising businesses access the relationships and expertise they need. This is an opportunity to contribute to an AI-native private-capital ecosystem, share your experience with emerging companies and build relevant professional relationships.
Your résumé and LinkedIn information help the team understand your experience; you do not need to repeat your full professional history. The investment-background questions are self-attestations, not independent accreditation verification. Graphora reviews applications and discusses suitable responsibilities and engagement terms with selected applicants.
No investment, paid subscription or purchase is required for advisory consideration. This is an Advisory Board Member opportunity, not a fiduciary Board of Directors appointment or a full-time employee position. Professional contribution and role needs guide selection; applying does not guarantee an appointment. Graphora welcomes qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
