Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an EE Systems Validation and Automation Engineer in San Francisco to own scalable electrical hardware validation and production test infrastructure from prototype bring-up through manufacturing ramp.

You will focus on board-level characterization, power integrity, system debug, automation, and bench-to-factory correlation. This hands-on role suits candidates from electrical systems validation or manufacturing test backgrounds, with growth into the other area.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical validation, characterization, and practical debugging.
• Ability to develop and execute board-level validation plans for prototype to production hardware.
• Experience with power integrity, signal integrity, and system-level debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own scalable electrical hardware validation and production test infrastructure from prototype bring-up to manufacturing ramp.
• Develop and execute board-level electrical validation plans and procedures for complex PCBA prototypes and production-intent hardware.
• Characterize electrical performance across voltage rails, transients, temperature, and operating modes; connect measurements to product-level implications.
• Perform hardware debug and root-cause analysis for impairments such as ripple, jitter, cross-talk, and thermal throttling.
• Create factory-facing test documentation and high-level summaries for recurring hardware issues.
