A healthcare provider specialized in orthopedic solutions is seeking a full-time Board Eligible Prosthetist Orthotist for its Modesto, CA facility. This role involves evaluating and fitting prosthetic and orthopedic devices, instructing patients on proper use, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Candidates must have a master's degree in prosthetics and complete a residency program. The position offers a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in prosthetics from a CAAHEP accredited program.
• Completion of a residency program accredited by NCOPE.
• Annual maintenance of CME in accordance with ABC and BOC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, fabricate, and custom fit artificial limbs and orthopedic braces.
• Conduct measurements and fittings to ensure proper device fit.
• Instruct patients on the use and care of orthoses and prostheses.
• Design orthopedic and prosthetic devices based on prescriptions.
