Job summary

Cap Neph in Sacramento is seeking board-eligible/board-certified nephrologists to join a physician-owned practice with a 2-year partnership track and profit-sharing. Interventional experience is welcomed but not required, and a strong referral base with MA and care-coordinator support is in place to ensure a busy start.

The role focuses on CKD and dialysis management, vascular access and intervention, and transplant management within a physician-owned center backed by value-based care programs
