Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required; CA licensure eligible.
• Board certification in Small Animal Surgery or residency-trainable and board eligible.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient-care mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Balance consultations, case workups, and surgical procedures.
• Perform orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries with imaging guidance.
• Collaborate with Emergency, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology and other teams.
• Utilize CT and ultrasound for surgical planning and outcomes.
• Mentor technicians and support staff in daily case management.
• Contribute to growth of the surgical service and referrals.
