Responsabilités

• Deliver advanced internal medicine care using specialized diagnostics, imaging, and interventional procedures.
• Build and manage a strong internal medicine caseload while maintaining accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with specialists, emergency clinicians, referring veterinarians, and clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Lead, mentor, and support technicians and staff through coaching and teamwork.
• Contribute to hospital rounds, continuing education, and professional development initiatives.
• Create client-focused treatment recommendations balancing medical needs, patient welfare, and finances.
• Support operational excellence through hospital systems, inventory controls, and adherence to AAHA standards.
