Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an accredited institution.
• California veterinary license (or eligible to obtain promptly).
• Board-certified or residency trained in veterinary anesthesiology.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• DEA registration (or eligible to obtain).
• Strong clinical communication and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and general medicine, including routine exams, vaccinations, and internal medicine work-ups.
• Perform dentistry and general soft-tissue surgery within a fully equipped surgical and dental suite.
• Utilize in-house lab, digital radiography, and ultrasound/EKG-capable imaging to guide timely case management.
• Communicate clearly with clients, create treatment plans, and provide education that builds long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold medication and controlled-substance protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and team members on workflow, protocols, and daily rounds to support high standards of care.
