Job summary

Alliance for Wellness seeks a Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist to join our physician-founded, physician-led group in Southern California. The position focuses on outpatient care in Victorville, CA, with inpatient coverage at partner hospitals in San Bernardino County.

The role offers a 70/30 outpatient/inpatient mix, a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, a sign-on bonus, and flexibility in start date.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care at the Victorville office with ~70% outpatient / 30% inpatient mix.
• Provide psychiatric coverage at partner hospitals throughout San Bernardino County as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
