Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather patient history, perform physical exams, review prior records and evaluate data using sound judgment.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans, communicate with patients and families.
• Provide compassionate, team-based care across hospital or clinic settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe patient care and discuss findings with physicians.
• Promote adherence to regulatory standards and care site policies.
