Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician for 24-hour call coverage in Colorado. The assignment includes inpatient and ER care with cesarean sections, an average of 30 deliveries per month, and on-site anesthesia with RN support.

Board certification in OB/GYN and prescriptive authority are required. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM with limited consecutive day stints; EPIC EMR must be used for all documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
• Comfort with cesarean deliveries and ER coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and ER obstetric/gynecologic coverage.
• Perform cesarean sections as required.
• Document all care using EPIC EMR; 24-hour call shifts.
• Schedule limits: no more than 2–3 consecutive day stints.
