Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must have at least 1 year of post-fellowship experience.
• Must have an active and unrestricted Medical License and DEA License.

Skills

High-volume patient experience (40+ per day)

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
