Job summary

SSM Health is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians for multiple urgent care openings in Wisconsin, including Fond du Lac, Madison, and Janesville. Positions are employed and involve full-scope urgent care with access to primary care physicians and hospital-based services.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure.
