Job summary

Expert Care Team is seeking a Board-certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist for an on-site, full-time position in Brooklyn, NY. You will deliver medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care, perform procedures, and manage follow-up care within our independent practice model supported by the organization’s infrastructure.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a path toward ownership in a growing dermatology practice.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology; completion of an accredited dermatology residency.
• Unrestricted NY State medical license and DEA registration.
• Proficiency in medical and surgical dermatology, including diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.
• Interest in cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and culturally sensitive communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams in an on-site practice environment.
• Strong documentation and EHR skills, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term partnership, with willingness to engage in building a high-quality independent dermatology practice.
• Prior outpatient dermatology experience beneficial but not required for highly motivated clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care, including consultations, examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.
• Perform in-office procedures and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Document care in the EHR and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Educate patients on skin health and preventive care.
• Contribute to practice growth through strong patient relationships and protocols.
