U.S. Dermatology Partners Overland Park is seeking a Board-Certified Dermatoogist with fellowship training in Dermatopathology to join our premier practice.

The role offers a balanced 50/50 mix of clinical dermatology and Dermatopathology within a large, physician-led network. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaborative care, and access to established referral networks and comprehensive operational support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Dermatology.

• Eligibility for an unrestricted Kansas medical license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a dual-clinic and diagnostic practice with approximately 50% clinical dermatology and 50% dermatopathology.
• Apply dermatopathology expertise in a laboratory setting within the network.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, surgeons, and other clinicians to drive diagnostic excellence.

Approximately 50% Clinical Dermatology

Maintain a meaningful clinical dermatology practice caring for patients within an established U.S. Dermatology Partners location. Benefit from patient demand, an established referral network, experienced clinical staff, and the autonomy to practice medicine within accepted standards of care.

Approximately 50% Dermatopathology

Apply your dermatopathology expertise within an established laboratory environment supporting dermatologists and other clinicians across our network. Work collaboratively with referring physicians and contribute directly to the diagnostic excellence that drives exceptional dermatologic care.

We are seeking a physician who enjoys both the patient-facing and diagnostic sides of dermatology and brings a collaborative approach to working with patients, clinicians, and laboratory colleagues.

Qualified candidates should have:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Dermatology
• Fellowship training in Dermatopathology
• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatopathology
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Kansas medical license
• Commitment to exceptional clinical care and high-quality, timely diagnostic interpretation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Desire to maintain an active practice in both clinical dermatology and dermatopathology

U.S. Dermatology Partners Overland Park was founded as a solo practice in 1987 by Dr. Glenn Goldstein, formerly Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers began offering the highest quality dermatologic services in the Kansas City area. It was the first practice to offer full-time Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of high-risk skin cancer.
